Submit events

Submit events

You can submit your own events for publication on the calendar. View submission pricing here.
We reserve the right to review submissions before we publish events.

  1. In the event submission form, type your personal information.
    These details will not appear on the event listing.

  1. Type the event information.

You provide a description and location, and select a category and the date or repeating dates for the event.
  1. Click Submit.

Form Tips

How to fill in the event submission form

  • When filling in the event form, please ensure you complete it as fully as possible. More information means a better event listing.
  • Ensure you fill in the required fields and make sure you choose an event type.

Submission form fields:

  • Fight/Match:

    • • Fight poster online:
    - put a link to your fightposter

    • Fight card:
    - post the current fightcard for users to view. You can update this later date with this form

  • Martial Arts:

    • • Ticket Web Link:
    - add links to a Paypal page and get online signups!

    • Notes:
    - give a good overview of the seminar/workshop to attract more attendees

    • Web Link:
    - link back to your school website to promote your style further.

Edit or change an event
  1. If you need to update or change an event that has already been added to the calendar, you can complete this form. (click to view)

Note

Please ensure you fill in the edit event form with the same contact information that you used to submit the event.
In this way, we will be able to confirm the validity of your request.

Adding multiple events

At times you will have the need to add events that may run for a few days, or repeat in different locations in a short period of time.
These senarios are outlined below:

  1. Multi-day events
    - when completeing the event submission form, simply complete the start and end dates to suit your event. The event will only need to be added once.

  2. Multiple Workshops/Seminars - in the same location
    - when submitting a series of different workshops or seminars, which occur over a few days but are held at the same location each time, you have a choice on how it is submitted.

    • The seminars/workshops may be entered as a multi-day event. This option reduces the ability for users to see what you have on offer.
    • The preferred method is to have the seminars/workshops entered individually. (There is specific pricing to cater for this senario)
      To inform us of this senario when submitting events, please add details into the "notes" field in the submission form.


  3. (ROADSHOW) Multiple Workshops/Seminars - in different locations
    - when workshops or seminars which occur over a few days and are held at different locations each time, you will need to submit each event separately to cater for the multiple locations.
